2. The strength of rubber conveyor belt is reduced. High temperature resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas coated with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded at high temperature. It is suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, slag and hot castings below 175 ℃. When the conveyor belt is damaged to a certain extent, especially when the covering layer is damaged and reaches the core layer, it directly affects the tensile strength of the conveyor belt and reduces its strength. When the steel wire rope core conveyor belt is damaged and the core layer is damaged, the core water may be corroded and the strength may be lost. During the operation of conveyor belts with poor strength, when the load suddenly increases, such as starting the car with load, clamping belt, etc., the rubber conveyor belt is easy to break.

3. The rubber conveyor belt deviates. When the damage degree of the two sides along the center line of the conveyor belt is different, the stretching rate of the two sides will often change, which will directly lead to the deviation of the conveyor belt during operation.
