It can realize the containment and blowout prevention operation when the oil bailer is lowered into the well and pulled out, the automatic constant pressure adjustment of the wire rope seal and the remote control in the winch control room, avoid the manual adjustment of the wire rope seal at the wellhead, eliminate the potential safety hazards of operators, and improve the construction efficiency of oil bailing operation.
