The traditional oil field wellhead seal uses a polished rod packing box, which needs to be inspected by front-line workers. In case of leakage or signs of leakage, the pumping unit needs to be stopped, the packing box needs to be opened, and the sealing elements in the packing box need to be replaced to achieve re sealing. This kind of seal can not be obtained in advance. It can only be found through manual patrol inspection if there is leakage or signs of leakage. The intelligent early warning online sealing device overcomes the defects of traditional products. It adopts pressure injection sealing technology, with long sealing effectiveness and high pressure resistance. It does not require manual inspection, replacement of sealing elements, or shutdown maintenance. Function introduction of each module

● Self compensating sealing chamber

The self compensating sealing chamber is the core module of the intelligent early warning online sealing device. The self lubricating sealing agent is used to realize online injection pressure sealing without shutdown maintenance and disassembly, so as to ensure that continuous production not only improves the oil production efficiency, but also effectively improves the safety level;

● Primary sealing box

The primary sealing box is set to provide multi-level protection, so as to ensure that the manual and automatic integration can be achieved during the wellhead operation of the oil field;

● Automatic blowout preventer

An automatic blowout preventer is set to automatically seal the well when the sucker rod breaks or falls off, so as to prevent the well fluid from leaking out and further prevent the blowout from causing serious pollution to the environment;

● Automatic deviation adjustment assembly

The automatic deflection adjusting assembly is set to reduce and overcome the eccentric wear of the sucker rod and improve the sealing effect and service life of the sucker rod;

● Data collector

The data collector is a special sensor developed according to the characteristics of pressure injection sealing materials. It uploads the collected analog data to the transmission module, which sends the data to the cloud management platform for data analysis, so as to accurately monitor the stock and consumption of seals.

● Data transmission micro control actuator

The data transmission micro control actuator is mainly responsible for data transmission, instruction reception and instruction execution. It sends the analog quantity information uploaded by the collector to the cloud management platform in the form of transparent transmission. The platform sends the corresponding execution instructions according to the set threshold value after data analysis. The micro controller receives the instructions sent by the cloud and performs precise pulse operation to achieve micro motion sealing again.

● Self lubricating sealing agent

A new sealing material composed of a variety of macromolecular materials and auxiliary materials and processed and prepared by a special process. It has the characteristics of self-lubricating, random shaping, non curing, temperature resistance, pressure resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, etc. It can be added online to achieve efficient sealing and non-stop maintenance, ensure continuous production, and improve oil recovery rate.

● Intelligent IOT oil production wellhead management platform

The intelligent IOT oilfield wellhead management platform is an upgrading system of the intelligent early warning online sealing management platform. It is a real-time monitoring and remote management of the sealing stock of oilfield wellhead sealing devices.
