Traditional uranium mining casings are provided with rough tubes. Each drilling team needs to rent a site near the site, hire professional processing technicians and purchase processing equipment. Generally, the on-site processing conditions are limited, the processing cost is high, and the processing accuracy is low. The traditional uranium mining casing is connected by pipe coupling, and the sealing is made by pipe coupling coated with sealant, and the pipe head is wrapped with raw material tape and painted with other sealing materials. This type of connection and sealing greatly increases the workload and leakage point, and the sealing is extremely unstable. The main reason is that the sealing materials cannot be standardized, and the pipe head sealing materials can be easily screwed out of place if too many threads are wound, and the sealing effect can not be achieved if less is wound, It is easy to cause cementing failure risk due to seal leakage. In addition, the processing accuracy cannot be guaranteed, which is easy to cause pipe falling off. Integrated uranium well casing adopts special process to directly form pipe collar on the pipe body to reduce the number of joints. CNC precision machining is used to control the machining accuracy at the micron level. The pipe is connected end to end, and the seal is made of self expanding rubber material, with high connection strength and good sealing effect. All the integrated uranium well casings are finished before leaving the factory. After arriving at the site, they can be directly put into use without any processing, greatly saving the on-site manpower and material resources, ensuring the construction quality, increasing the construction safety and improving the construction progress.
