Product introduction

The compression type (YS) rubber cartridge is the main core sealing element of the compression type packer, which can be used in combination with single or multiple rubber cartridges. It is commonly used in layered production, testing, water injection, acidification and fracturing of oil and gas fields. Main materials: nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, tetrapropylene fluorine rubber, etc.

Product features

● Simple structure, flexible and reliable compression expansion (setting) and release contraction (unsealing).

● Pressure bearing height (25~55MPa), the pressure bearing capacity can be adjusted by the number of rubber cylinders.

● The selection range of rubber cylinder materials is wide, and the applicable temperature range is wide (120~250 ℃).

● It can be used together with the corresponding setting tools, eccentric water distributors and other tools and instruments to form process pipe strings for layered testing, layered perforation, water injection, deep profile control of water injection wells, water plugging of oil and water wells, etc.
